Me Television Co.,Ltd. is a monthly subscription Internet TV service provided through the NT NET PLAY | iptv application on Smart TVs and/or other devices, henceforth referred to as “service provider” and “subscribers” as people who subscribe to this service. The NT NET PLAY | iptv Data Privacy Policy is created to inform subscribers about the preservation, use and disclosure of data once subscribers use the NT NET PLAY | iptv service. Subscribers agree and understand that service provider has right to disclose user information as needed: 1. To adhere to the laws and regulations of Thailand; 2. To protect against the violation of the laws and regulations of Thailand.

Service provider understands that the security of subscribers’ data is of the utmost importance. However, subscribers also understand that there are no completely safe measures of transferring and preserving data via Internet. Hence, service provider will utilize best efforts to use accepted trade measures to secure subscribers’ personal data.
Security of subscribers’ information by general data security policy
Service provider grants the right to subscribers to amend, change, delete or limit the using of personal data. If any subscribers need to transfer or receive notification of their personal data as service provider possesses, please contact service provider. Subscribers have right to secure the information as follows:
1. Right of Accessing, Updating and deleting information which service provider is possessed
Subscribers have the right to access, update or ask for deletion of their personal data directly in the user’s account. In the event that subscribers cannot delete information on their own, please contact service provider for further help.

Subscribers have the right to amend their data if incorrect or incomplete.
3. Right of dispute
Subscribers have the right to dispute service provider about personal data management.
4. Right of data limitation
Subscribers have the right to ask service provider to limit the management of their personal data.
5. Right of carrying data
Subscribers have the right to receive a copy of their personal subscriber data.
6. Right to cancel
Subscribers have right to cancel service and service provider will manage their personal data accordingly Subscribers understand that service provider has right to confirm the identity of subscribers before executing cancellation at the request of subscribers. Subscribers have the right to approve the data preserving the security of information of subscribers
Service provider
Service provider has right to hire a third party to support and provide services as “NT NET PLAY | iptv” or any related services, or to aid in analyzing the service. Third parties have the right to access personal data in order to execute the mission assigned by service provider; the third party is contracted by service provider and shall not disclose or use data for other purposes.
Analyzing
Service provider has right to hire a third party to observe and analyze the service.
Personal policy transformation
Service provider has right to update the personal policy and shall notify subscribers of the changes on this page. Service provider will notify subscribers by email or other announcements of the changes in the first line. The changes are effective as of the notification date as above, according to personal policy.
